I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is really great as it’s within easy walking distance to the center of Bruges. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I did find the radiators weren't operating during my visit. The service provided by the staff was attentive, though there was some communication regarding the extra fees for my dog that could've been clearer. Overall, it's a solid choice for a 3-star hotel, but there are little things that could be improved.
